Services

As a therapist, I align my goals with those of the client and collaborate to design a session that caters to their specific needs.  By fusing aspects of the following modalities, clients leave feeling fulfilled  and restored. Additionally, I implement post/long Covid treatments to enhance the recovery process.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Back Massage

A full body massage utilizes oil and long, rhythmic strokes of light to firm pressure with the goal of:

- Increasing blood flow/venous return

- Flushing out toxins

- Activate the parasympathetic nervous system (putting  you in a state of relaxation)

Deep Tissue Massage

Neck and Shoulder Massage

If you like intensity & pressure, this is the massage for you.  Using precise petrissage, trigger point release and friction, this massage targets the deeper muscular fibers, and tendons

Reflexology Massage

Reflexology

A tree is only as healthy as its roots.  In addition to fortifying the feet, and enhancing a steady foundation, Reflexology also improves the body on a global scale through the work of impacted reflexology points.  Furthermore, this is a great treatment for ankle sprains, achilles tendonitis, strained calves and hamstrings.

Shiatsu

Head Massage

Shiatsu is the Chinese word for “finger pressure". This massage technique is designed to promote a smooth flow of “QI” (energy flow throughout the body) by applying pressure while stretching certain meridians (energy pathways or body channels).

This is a fully clothed Massage without oil.

Orthopedic Massage

Neck Massage

Orthopedic massage focuses on joints or a specific joint, ligaments and the corresponding muscles.

The goal of this massage is to increase blood flow to the region, break up scar tissue and lengthen or activate the impacted muscles; thereby providing the client with less pain and a greater range of motion.

Cupping Therapy (Bankes, באַנקעס)

Cupping Therapy

Utilizing heat and suction cups, cupping creates local hyperemia and eliminates toxins by bringing them to surface, resulting in a reduction of pain and a greater range of motion.
